Satish Padhi

Mr Satish Padhi is a Partner based out of New Delhi and leads the Delhi NCR practice of the Firm. He is a graduate of the National Law University, Odisha.

He specializes in the domain of contract management and contractual disputes with a focus on hospitality, construction, infrastructure and projects, and shareholder arbitration. He renders advisory on pre-litigation strategy and claim management on contractual issues which may culminate in a dispute and advises on select employer-employee contractual disputes.

He has expertise in advising on key issues that arise in major  contractual disputes pertaining to indemnity claims, representation and warranty claims, variation clauses, LD claims, quantum meruit claims, delay claims and wrongful  termination related claims.

Satish has handled multiple arbitration's end to end including the trial and advocacy aspects of it.

He is also a prolific writer, speaker and regularly writes on commercial law issues.
