T. S. Suresh

Mr T. S. Suresh, is the Managing Partner of T S Suresh + Associates. He earned his BSc and LLB degrees from Bangalore University.

With close to four decades of experience in corporate and commercial laws, acquisitions, mergers, amalgamations, joint ventures, taxation, labour and intellectual property matters, he brings a unique blend of practical, analytical thinking, business and legal strategy to structuring, negotiating and handling complex commercial transactions.

He has extensively worked with MNCs, PSUs and Government Institutions engaged in the Space, Aviation, Defense, Information Technology and Financial sectors.

His transactional experience ranges over multiple jurisdictions including the US, Switzerland, Germany, France, England, Japan, African and South American countries.

As an experienced business lawyer, Mr. T. S. Suresh has advised and continues to mentor several entrepreneurs and start ups and has helped them successfully launch businesses in India as well as in the US.

He has also wide experience in commercial, corporate and tax litigation, as well as arbitration. His litigation practice spans across various High Courts and Tribunals across India.
